• If you are new to Punjabi Music King and have registered for a trial lesson, please note that trial lessons are non-refundable. This policy allows us to maintain the quality of our services and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.

2. Regular Classes and Courses

• Full Refund: A full refund is available if a request is made in writing at least 7 days before the commencement of a course or regular class session.
• Partial Refund: If you have already begun your course or class, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be prorated based on the number of classes attended. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the course start date.
• No Refund: Refunds are not available for classes or courses once more than 50% of the sessions have been completed.

3. Missed Lessons

• We understand that emergencies happen. If you miss a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule the class. However, refunds are not issued for missed lessons. Please inform us as early as possible if you are unable to attend a scheduled class.
